How Nexoviaai protects your data, controls AI spend and meets its obligations, and where each part of that work stands today.
Nexoviaai is in early access. We publish our governance as we build it, so you can see what is live, what is in progress and what is planned before you onboard.
Our commitments
- We do not train on your data. Your prompts, outputs and files are never used to train models, by us or for anyone else.
- You control what we keep. We record the metadata needed to bill and audit each request. Prompt and response content is not stored unless you turn logging on.
- You control spend. Every key carries token budgets, hard caps and rate limits, set per key, team and model.
- You know who handles your data. We will publish every subprocessor and give 30 days' notice before adding one.
- We tell you when something goes wrong. Incidents affecting your data are notified within the timelines in our Data Processing Agreement.
- Models are served only where they are permitted. We route each model only to countries its provider supports, and we screen customers against sanctions lists at onboarding.

Status key: Live is in effect now. In progress is being built and verified before launch. At launch is drafted and takes effect when the platform launches. Planned is scheduled but not yet started.
